Thank you for considering the Gaidos Family of Restaurants as a potential employer. We'd like to take a little time to tell you about our history as well as our philosophy on being of service to the people who choose to dine with us.

Gaido's Seafood Restaurant was founded in 1911 by S.J Gaido, carried on by Mike Gaido, and Mickey and Paulie Gaido.

We believe our success is the result of a continuing commitment to serving only the freshest and highest quality seafood. All fresh seafood is meticulously inspected and prepared by hand. We're still peeling shrimp, shucking oysters, and filleting fish the way we have for over ninety-five years, even in this era of the processed and frozen, and we are not about to change. All sauces, salad dressings and desserts are homemade from our own Gaido Family recipes using only the highest quality ingredients. We bake our own homemade bread each morning. We are particularly proud that despite our size and volume, we still cook to order, just as we did in 1911 when the restaurant was atop Murdoch's Bath House. From time to time, some items on our menu may not be available. This may be due to the season or our determination that supplies available simply do not measure up to our standards.
